1. What we collect
When claiming LiLevel: We will save your email, website language, product claimed, and consent time only if you keep the "Subscribe to JMECHO's new products and important updates" checkbox selected and confirm. If you uncheck this box, your email will be used solely to verify this claim request, will not be saved, and will not be added to any mailing list. When submitting feedback: Your name (optional), contact email, related product, system environment (optional), and issue description are used to respond to your feedback.
2. How we use
Your subscription email is used only to send new product and important update emails you explicitly consent to. Your feedback email is used solely to reply to issues under the corresponding feedback ID. We will not sell or share your email with unrelated third parties.
3. Subscribe & Unsubscribe
Subscription is pre-checked; you can uncheck it before submitting. To unsubscribe, use the link in the email or contact support via the feedback channel. You won't receive further emails after unsubscribing. Re-subscribe by checking the box again.
4. Feedback ID
A public reference ID in the format JME-XXXXXX will be generated upon submission. Use this ID on the "Feedback Inquiry" page to view admin replies. The ID does not contain personal information such as your email address.
5. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in a database with access controls. Emails are trimmed and converted to lowercase before being written. Only whitelisted administrators can access the backend. When unsubscribing, the server skips the write logic entirely.
