购买前重点

价格：人民币299元，一次性付款、永久许可，不是订阅；有效优惠以服务器生成订单的实际应付金额为准。

授权：2个设备授权槽位，每滚动365日最多3次自助设备迁移。

交付：付款核实后通过已验证邮箱交付激活码，并提供购买版本的官方下载；不自动订阅营销邮件。

退款：提供付款后7日内、付费许可从未激活的实付金额退款；未交付、质量问题等法定救济不受此额外条件限制。

2. 商品、价格与订单

LiVocal是用于人声等音频制作的软件插件；购买的是软件使用许可，不是软件著作权、硬件或代混音服务。默认价格为人民币299元，不按月或按年收费，不自动续费。购买包含购买时明确列明的版本、格式和文档；未列明的平台、未来版本或服务不自动包含。

应付价格由服务器计算并在付款前展示。请核对支付机构显示的实际商户及金额，不向个人聊天中临时发送的收款码重复付款。返回网页、生成订单或显示二维码不等于已付；订单状态以服务端核验的支付结果为准。

付款前应核对并验证邮箱，主动确认本条款和数字交付提示。提交订单时保存条款版本、确认语言、数字交付提示内容及确认时间；后续文本不追溯减少该订单权利。下单邮箱错误或重复扣款可凭必要订单证据核对，不会仅因填错邮箱没收已付价款。

3. 优惠券与赠送

通用活动码不预先绑定指定邮箱；买家输入活动码后须验证本人的邮箱。优惠比例、有效期和可兑换次数在领取或下单前展示，以对应活动码发放时的配置、实际到期时间及剩余次数为准。每笔新订单绑定占用一次可兑换次数，包括待付款订单；同一订单重试不重复占用，未付款或退款不自动返还次数。活动码不能兑换现金或叠加其他优惠。历史指定邮箱券保留原邮箱绑定、优惠金额和到期时间。

请求邮箱验证码不消耗可兑换次数。新订单绑定时必须仍在有效期内、未撤销且有剩余次数。撤销或到期仅阻止新的兑换，不改变已绑定订单的优惠和应付金额。支付失败或结果不明时先核对原订单，不另建第二笔收费。订单关闭与退款以原订单记录处理。

优惠订单的购买价款退款以实际支付额为基础，不因此限制依法另行请求赔偿的权利。

管理员赠送属于独立免费授权，不生成付款订单、不冒充销售、不提供虚假付款凭证。赠送不代表可以无限领取、换码或重置已有设备额度；免费提供也不排除法定安全责任。

4. 数字交付与支持

付款核实后，系统向已验证邮箱发送激活码并提供对应版本下载。正常情况下自动交付；承诺在付款成功后24小时内完成交付。未按期获得有效许可或承诺的安装包时，你可以选择要求补交付或申请退款。

请检查垃圾邮件及订单状态。邮件服务接收请求不等于收件箱收到邮件；不要因为暂未收到邮件重复付款。我们核实身份时仅要求必要订单信息，不要求支付密码、短信验证码、私钥或无关身份证原件。

客服在收到问题后2个中国大陆工作日内首次回复；这是首次响应时限，不是所有技术问题的解决时限。复杂兼容问题会说明后续处理安排。支持限于购买产品的安装、授权、故障定位和已说明功能使用，不包含工程混音、声学保证或第三方软件维护。

5. 永久许可、设备与作品

付费许可没有订阅到期日，覆盖购买时确定的软件版本和明确包含的更新。每份许可允许2个已激活设备槽位供同一获许可使用者在自己拥有或控制的兼容设备使用，不是供多个无关联使用者共用激活码。每滚动365日最多3次自助迁移；异常换机、设备遗失或额度问题可联系人工核对，不保证无限次自动重置。

许可默认不得出租、转售或再许可；确需转让须事先取得书面同意，法律另有不得排除的规定除外。未来另行销售的大版本、长期更新或特定新系统兼容不自动免费包含；已经明确承诺的权益不受后续政策变更削减。

可用于本人及客户的商业音频制作。你对合法输入和导出作品的权利不因使用LiVocal转移给我们，也无需仅因使用插件向我们支付作品版税。此许可不授予你第三方录音、表演或素材的使用权。

必要备份和许可内安装允许。不得违法伪造授权、绕过安全验证、将软件重新包装作为自己的产品分发；反编译等限制仅在适用法律允许范围内生效。随附第三方许可直接授予的权利不受本条款限制。

6. 激活、离线与试用

付费首次激活和设备迁移需要联网验证，通过独立授权辅助程序完成；有效永久许可保存在本机后，可在许可覆盖的设备离线使用。重装系统、删除设备密钥或授权文件可能需要重新验证或设备恢复，不把任意重装等同必然保留授权。

辅助程序在被允许联网时可以独立于被限制联网的DAW运行，但不会绕过整机防火墙、管理员或网络策略。无有效付费或试用许可时插件将不能通过音频并显示激活提示，请在关键录音或演出前检查授权状态。

官方提供的七日试用从首次成功签发起连续计算7×24小时，不自动收费。试用启动、新宿主进程启动及短期许可刷新需要在线核验；单次短期许可最长24小时且不能超过试用终点，不承诺任意离线七日。试用资格绑定现有设备密钥，而非保证任何重装都会重新获得资格。

7. 退款与数字商品确认

我们额外提供：付款成功后7×24小时内提出申请，且该付费许可从未完成激活的，可申请退还实际支付的全部价款。先前使用独立免费试用不视为付费许可已激活。该额外承诺不缩短或替代适用法律规定的期限与权利。

付款前会以独立且默认不勾选的选项说明数字交付和无理由退货的适用边界。只有具体交易符合法律规定、提示及确认要求时，才可适用在线下载软件的相关例外；不能仅因发送了激活码或存在一次激活记录就当然排除所有退货权利。

因未交付、无效许可、错误或重复扣款、与购买时明确说明实质不符、质量缺陷等产生的法定补交付、修理、更换、退款或赔偿权利，不受下载、激活、试用或上述额外未激活退款条件限制。

申请时提供订单号、下单邮箱、必要的支付及故障信息即可。符合条件的价款退款通过原支付渠道办理，不收取本方退款手续费；实际到账受支付机构处理影响。法律有更严格时限或更高保护时按其执行。

退款完成后对应许可权益及激活码停止有效使用，你应停止使用并删除不再获许可的软件副本；此前合法导出的作品仍归你所有。

8. 兼容性与使用风险

支持的系统版本、处理器、插件格式和宿主环境，以购买页和随订单保留的发布说明明确列出的范围为准。开发预告不构成对其他系统、Windows、AAX或任意宿主均可使用的承诺。

系统、DAW、桥接器或第三方插件更新可能改变兼容性。请备份重要工程、保留已验证安装包，并在升级前测试工程重开、自动化和音频输出。本提示不排除我们对明确承诺环境内的实质缺陷或不符说明承担责任。

9. 发票、隐私与安全

可通过上述联系邮箱或官网问题反馈申请依法应提供的发票或交易凭证。请提供订单号和开票所必需的资料；优惠购买不会免除依法开票义务，发票金额依法据实际交易确定，不把激活码邮件称作税务发票。

订单邮箱、交易、设备授权、客服及必要安全记录按正式隐私说明处理。服务器能够看到连接IP；应用使用带密钥哈希的限流记录防止滥用，该处理不等于完全匿名。授权验证不要求上传录音或音频内容。验证码、发码及售后邮件不代表同意接收营销消息。

本条款不代替隐私政策，也不是对未说明的跨境传输、敏感信息处理或营销的一揽子同意。

10. 条款效力与争议

本条款与购买时明确接受的软件许可协议、产品说明共同适用。更有利于消费者的明确订单承诺及依法不可排除的权利优先保留；不得以格式条款免除法定责任或单方作最终解释。

重大违约需依法处理，并提供联系、核对和申诉途径；合理的安全限制不影响消费者依法主张救济。适用中华人民共和国法律，但不排除消费者依法享有的强制性保护。可联系商家协商，也可依法投诉、调解或向有管辖权的法院主张权利；协商不是行使法定救济的强制前置条件。

LiVocal is licensed audio-production software, not a subscription or a mixing service. List price is CNY299, payable once. Server-confirmed checkout determines the actual price. New activity codes are not pre-bound to one email; buyers must verify their own email after entering a code. The discount, validity period and redemption limit are displayed before claiming or ordering and are determined by the code's issuance configuration, recorded expiry and remaining uses. Each new bound order uses one redemption, including an unpaid order. Retrying the same order does not use another redemption; non-payment or a refund does not automatically restore the limit. Requesting an email verification code does not use a redemption. New order binding requires a valid, unrevoked code with remaining uses. Revocation or expiry stops new redemptions without changing the price of an already-bound order. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discounts. Historical email-bound coupons retain their original email restriction, discount and expiry. A price refund is based on what was actually paid, without limiting any separate statutory compensation. Complimentary licences are recorded separately, without a fictitious paid order.

The delivery promise is automatic email delivery of an activation code and access to the purchased version's download, no later than 24 hours after successful payment. If not delivered on time, request delivery or a refund rather than paying again. Provider email acceptance does not prove inbox receipt. Support first response: within two mainland-China working days, not a promise to solve every issue within that period. Request lawful invoices using the same contact and only the necessary order and invoice details.

The paid licence is perpetual for the purchased version and expressly included updates, with two device slots for the same licensed user and three self-service migrations per rolling 365 days. It is not a shared licence for unrelated users. Resale, rental or transfer require permission except where law provides otherwise. Future separately sold major versions and indefinite support are not automatically included. You may create commercial audio for yourself or clients without paying us an output royalty; no ownership of your lawful audio transfers to us. Third-party component licence rights are preserved.

Initial paid activation and migration require online verification through a separate helper. A valid stored perpetual licence permits offline use on its covered device. The helper cannot bypass system-wide network restrictions. A seven-day trial runs for seven consecutive 24-hour periods from first issuance, does not auto-charge, and requires online verification at start, new host-process launches and lease refresh. Each lease is at most 24 hours and cannot exceed trial expiry. Without valid authorisation the plug-in cannot pass audio.

In addition to mandatory remedies, the policy offers a refund of the price actually paid when requested within seven consecutive 24-hour periods after payment and the paid licence has never been activated. A previous separate free trial is not paid activation. Any lawful exception to change-of-mind returns for downloaded software applies only when the specific transaction and notice/affirmative-confirmation requirements are met. A delivered activation code is not a blanket exemption. Download, activation, use or trial does not waive remedies for non-delivery, invalid licensing, duplicate or wrong charges, material non-conformity or defects. Eligible price refunds use the original payment method without a seller refund fee. Refunded software rights cease; previously lawful audio exports remain yours.

Only the expressly disclosed, validated release environments are promised. A development preview does not promise Windows, AAX, every DAW or future system compatibility. Order, support, licensing and necessary security data are subject to the final privacy notice. The server can see connection IP addresses and uses keyed-hash rate-limit records; this is not complete anonymity. Licensing does not require audio uploads, and transactional mail does not opt you into marketing.

The accepted order version remains applicable to that order. Mandatory rights and express promises are not waived by generic disclaimers. You may contact the seller, complain to the relevant authority, or use a lawfully competent court. This document does not invite payment while checkout remains closed. 同一邮箱可重复购买，每笔成功付款的新订单交付一份独立授权。重试同一笔订单不会额外扣款或多发授权。

官网下载所有插件安装包需注册并登录。注册时可取消产品邮件订阅，取消不影响下载、购买或授权交付。
